Meditation or Gratitude hearts come in a range of 6 colours. Each heart is painted as though made from marble or special crystals and collaged with a positive word. Her you can see 6 hearts - red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.
A Red Meditation heart painted to look as if it is made from marble or a precious crystal. It has the word passion collaged on the front, but the word may be different for each heart that is ordered.

These meditation hearts are a beautiful addition to your meditation practice. Hold you heart in your hand as you breath deeply, listening to your favourite meditation. Feel it’s coolness and healing energy from my hands to yours.

You could also hold the heart to help you focus on and reflect upon what you are grateful for at the end of the day before you sleep.

Each beautiful heart is hand crafted from polymer clay and painted with acrylic inks and paints to give it the effect of precious marble or crystals. A typed positive word has been collaged to each heart and is given a vintage flourish. .Each heart is kissed with varnish for added protection.

There are 6 colours to choose from. Each one will be made especially for you when you order so the variation of colour and pattern may vary slightly.  Each word will be chosen intuitively just for you.

When you purchase a meditation heart, you will receive a FREE guided meditation written and recorded by me! 

Each meditation heart measures approximately 8 x 3cm and placed in a presentation box.
