This unique owl painting is part of my collection of Wise, Wild, Wonderful Owls.  This magical series invites you to:

All of my owls in this series celebrate both our inner wisdom and the flawed beauty of us all as humans.

While painting this owl, I was reminded of what we can learn from this beautiful bird.

• eyes – remind us to look beyond the darkness and focus on what is important and what really matters.
• legs and talons –  remind us to stay strong and find our footing when faced with challenge.
• ears – remind us to listen well so that we can hear the most important messages.
• wings –  remind us to move through life with ease and grace.

His colours are cool and calming.  He feels like a gentle dream or lullaby – soothing to the soul.  He reminds us not to push against the river, but instead to go with the flow to feel at our most serene.
