This beautiful angel art print shows the Guardian Angel of Independence.  She is part of my beautiful Guardian Angel series.

This particular angel carries an inky black cat on her shoulder.  And so she is the Guardian Angel of Independence as the cat spiritually symbolises this attribute. She reminds you to think creatively and embrace your individual uniqueness. In addition, she encourages you to be a little different from the crowd from time to time and try a different path to see where it takes you.

The angel’s eyes are cat-like because this shows that we are all one on this beautiful earth.

As I painted this Guardian Angel series, I felt a power greater than myself at work so it feels like a magical and spiritual collection.  This series was inspired by a creative energy that even I didn’t know I possessed!

The acrylic paint played spontaneously as I created the original angel artwork which is of course very much like the cat .  Gold paint gives the angel a religious icon feel reminiscent of Giotto, a Florentine painter from the 14th Century.  Her halo has been embellished with gold embossing powder, giving it texture and sparkle.

This beautiful angel art print is full of vibrant colour, creativity and connection and would stand out as a centrepiece or bring beauty to a gallery wall.  She will empower you to be self confident on a daily basis.

This beautiful angel art print measures either:

8.3 x 11.7″ (21cm x 30cm)  or

11.7 x 16.5 (30cm x 42cm).

There are only 20 prints in each edition making them highly collectable.

Each angel print has a small border which is ideal for mounting the print or simple framing.

All of my giclee art prints are printed on high quality and gallery standard Hahnemule photo rag paper.  It has a delicate surface, so we recommend extra care when handling.
