This beautiful bundle of three pieces of bird art was inspired by the practice of meditation.

I wanted to celebrate the benefits of meditation and how it reduces stress and anxiety while promoting emotional health and overall well-being.

Meditating regularly frees us from that constant and (often unhelpful) chatter in our minds. It frees us from panic as we focus on our breath.  It frees us from self- deprecating thoughts as we learn to connect and love ourselves deeply.  With the help of meditation, inner peace is gained.

Each piece of artwork in this bundle of three has a title related to meditation – Breathe, Serenity and Connection.  They have a common soulful colour scheme so they can be hung as a set of three, bringing you inner peace and calm on a daily basis.

The abstract backgrounds are created from watercolour, and inks embellished with embossing powder to add sparkle.  After all when we breathe, connect and find serenity through meditation, we shine!  Bird shapes have been created with homemade collage paper and layered on top of the abstract.

More Important Information about this Bundle of Three

Each piece of artwork in this set measures a little larger than 5 x 5″ ( 12.7 x 12.7″) so they can be comfortably mounted in a mount with an aperture of 5 x 5″.  Each one has been painted on watercolour paper 350gsm.

NB Please note that the frames and mounts are not included in this bundle and are only for display.

This bundle is only available until Sunday 22nd January as it is part of my Special Saturday offers of 2023.

Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 days to dispatch.  All original art is shipped ‘track and signed’ delivery both nationally and internationally.

They will arrive in a bundle tied with a ribbon and protected by a biodegradable plastic sleeve. so that your beautiful bundle of three bird artworks can arrive safely to you.
