This magical angel painting is part of my beautiful Guardian Angel series.

This particular angel has a curious crow on her shoulder  And so she is the Guardian Angel of Transformation as the crow symbolises this attribute. She reminds you that you make necessary and courageous changes so that you are always the best version of yourself.  In addition, she encourages you to listen to the whispers of your heart so that you can carve the life that you choose.

The angel’s eyes are crow-like because this shows that we are all one on this beautiful earth.

As I painted this Guardian Angel series, I felt a power greater than myself at work so it feels like a magical and spiritual collection.  This series was inspired by a creative energy that even I didn’t know I possessed!

As I created this magical angel painting the colours shifted into new shapes and tones, which is of course very reminiscent of the shape-shifting crow.  Silver paint gives the angel a spiritual feel.  Also, her halo has been embellished with silver embossing powder, giving it texture and sparkle.
